Electrical Engineer - Motor Insulation System

In this pivotal role you will take charge of insulation sizing, specifications, qualification, and data analysis all while collaborating with a global, multidisciplinary team. Your role will directly contribute to advancing cutting edge powertrain systems, driving innovation, performance, and reliability.

• Lead design, development and optimization: harness your expertise to design and optimize motor insulation systems, ensuring they meet the highest performance and reliability standards for our electric motors.
• Work closely with suppliers to troubleshoot challenges and conduct in-depth failure mode analysis throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams on quality assurance and development of production guidelines, tests, and standards.
• Leverage data to drive innovation: use advanced analytics tools like SQL and Python to extract, analyze and interpret datasets, uncovering critical insights that fuel informed decisions.
• Build bridges across disciplines: partner with global cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts delivering data driven solutions.
