What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to articulate and progress the company's vision and mission, refine corporate strategies, and address crucial hiring needs.
• Steer company transformation from a primarily R&D-centric organization to a fully operational powerhouse, excelling in scalable operations across software, AI, cloud-based platforms, and the childcare sector.
• Propel the company towards significant revenue generation by marketing innovative AI-powered solutions and related support services.
• Manage resources to guide product and engineering decisions and timelines, hiring additional resources when necessary. 
• Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and market needs, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, technological advancements, and AI ethics to guide product development.
• Drive the company’s brand positioning and awareness in target markets
• Build and maintain a high-performing, diverse, and collaborative culture. 
• Spearhead fundraising efforts and actively participate in expansion strategies, including acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.

Who you are:

• Proven experience as a CEO, Founder, or as an executive leader in an early stage startup. Ability to understand and manage founder risk. 
• Experience having built, scaled products and excited start ups is a plus, in Consumer, Health, Security markets. 
• Familiarity with computer vision and video machine learning techniques is a plus.
• Track record of scaling a company from 0 to 1, leading fundraising efforts, managing resources, and defining a strategic vision.
• In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, trends, and ability to translate deep technical concepts into commercial product offerings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including investors and clients.
