Job Description

This Senior Associate role in Business Intelligence focuses on hands-on delivery of solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to the team's technical acumen. Responsibilities include managing engagements, meeting functional and technical requirements, developing technical skills, liaising with operational/executive levels, and creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in data visualization, experience with various data visualization and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.), and knowledge of data analytical tools (Alteryx, KNIME, etc.). The role requires interpreting business and technical requirements and implementing solution designs. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the business intelligence field is required.

Job Description & Summary

This role involves hands-on delivery of solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to the team’s technical acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in data visualisation, experience with various data visualisation and analytical tools, and a willingness to expand their technical knowledge in client-facing projects. They should be adept at interpreting business and technical requirements and implementing solution designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on delivery of solutions throughout the entire life cycle, including day-to-day management of ongoing engagements.
Ensure that deliverables meet or exceed functional, technical, and performance requirements.
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
Liaising with operational/executive level grades.
Transforming, analysing, and producing reports and dashboards to a range of stakeholders and our clients.

Key Requirements & Skills:

A Minimum of 4 years experience in the business intelligence field is required.
Proven experience and background in data visualisation to a wide range of stakeholders and clients.
Excellent experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Looker, Microstrategy, Google Data Studio, or comparable.
Knowledge of Data Analytical tools (Alteryx, KNIME, or similar).
Experience in data handling, manipulation, and reporting.
Recent, practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Interpreting business and technical requirements; develop, document, and implement solution design.
Willingness to expand technical knowledge in a broad range of client-facing projects.
