About PwC ETIC - Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre

PwC opened a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that delivered high-quality technology solutions to consulting clients across the globe. The Centre provided a broad suite of skills and services to clients, ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP and Oracle to Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Custom Development, and Cloud services utilizing AWS, Azure, and Google, while also expanding existing Managed Services capabilities.

The centre is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters with a passion for technology and client delivery to help shape and form this new venture.

Essential Requirements:

• Risk and Compliance Operations experience.

•  A degree (2.2 classification or above)

• Demonstrable experience of leading teams; driving individual performance and productivity.  Ideal candidates should have at least 2-3 years experience as team leader.

• Proven experience of managing people including; workload, performance and development.

• A high level of attention to detail and experience following strict processes and requirements.

• Ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate effectively via verbal and written forms with various stakeholders.

• Risk and Compliance Operations experience

• Proven analytical and problem solving mindset with an ability to develop innovative solutions.

• Fluent in the English language.

• Experience of working within a Compliance function, focusing specifically on workforce assurance.

• Knowledge of regulatory developments driving the industry and key issues affecting regulated firms.

• Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite and google office suite, in particular strong knowledge of Excel, powerpoint and google sheets, slides and documents.

• Strong knowledge of company structures and functions

• Stakeholder Management experience in both an internal and external environment
