Kwalee seeks a Facilities Assistant to support daily operations at their Leamington Spa office. Responsibilities include office maintenance (cleaning, minor repairs, vendor liaison), supply management, space management for meetings and new employees, equipment setup, maintaining health and safety standards, managing mail and packages, planning office events, contributing to facilities projects, and handling ad-hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a corporate or office management role, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to perform physical tasks. The role requires flexibility with work hours and involves close collaboration with the Assistant Facilities Manager and other teams.

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities Team.
As a Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our Leamington Spa office, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive environment for our employees. You will work closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager and other teams, proactively maintaining and enhancing our office facilities while sharing process improvement ideas.
This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in office maintenance, including routine cleaning, minor repairs, and liaising with external vendors.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring all areas remain well-stocked.
- Support space management by setting up and rearranging office areas for meetings, events, and new employees.
- Set up equipment and workstations for new employees.
- Assist in maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution.
- Help plan and execute office events, coordinating with catering and setup teams.
- Contribute to facilities projects and present key findings to the Assistant Facilities Manager.
- Be flexible with work hours based on business needs.
- Support with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a corporate or office management role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving office equipment.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations is an advantage.
- Having access to your own car would be beneficial.
