Job Description

Tesla seeks a Field Service Technician for its Energy and Charging Field Service team in Katowice, Poland. Responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage and Supercharger networks in the Katowice region and potentially wider Poland or abroad. The role requires troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, stakeholder management, collaboration with engineering teams, and independent planning of technical activities. Experience in electrical engineering, specifically with low- and medium-voltage systems (high-voltage experience is a plus), is essential. Proactive, motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and fluency in Polish and English are desired. EU passport or work permit is required.

What to Expect

As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Poland. What You’ll Do

Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Katowice region, wider Poland and abroad when needed
Troubleshoot: and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
Stakeholder managment: act as the first point of contact to contractors
Team work: recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
Organizational tasks: prepare, organize, and plan your own technical activities

What You’ll Bring

Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
A passion for renewable energy
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
Flexible towards travelling
Fluency in Polish and a good command of English
An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
