Front End Tech Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Tech Lead to guide our team in developing top-tier frontend solutions that adhere to our technical standards. In this pivotal role, you will manage technical tools, promote best practices, and stay abreast of industry trends to enhance our projects and mentor our talented developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in developing the frontend part of our projects to ensure high-quality outcomes that follow our company's technical guidelines.
• Act as the main technical contact for all frontend-related issues within the team.
• Handle the technical tools and frameworks we use, and encourage the use of best practices in writing clean and efficient code.
• Promote and put into practice up-to-date development methods such as continuous integration and delivery, working in pairs on coding, and testing each other's code.
• Help in spreading knowledge and be an active participant in our group that focuses on frontend technologies.
• Keep an eye on new trends in the industry to bring in new technologies that could improve our team's work and our products.
• Support hiring new team members and help in keeping skilled team members, assisting the Team Manager in developing their abilities.
• Keep the documentation of our code updated and work on improving the overall quality of our software.

• At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript, including advanced topics like ES6 features, closures, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong background in frontend frameworks, especially React and Next.js.
• Good skills in HTML/CSS, focusing on designing responsive websites that work well across different browsers and are accessible to all users.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Frontend Tech Lead, guiding developers in an international and diverse setting.
• Understanding of Agile methods (like Scrum) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of backend technologies, especially Node.js, to support development of complete solutions.
• Experience in designing REST APIs, using micro frontends, implementing Docker for containerization, and working with public cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of webpack and familiarity with architectural patterns such as SOLID and FSD.
• Excellent skills in communication, leading a team, and building relationships.
• Proven ability to implement changes and achieve set goals.
• Familiar with AI tools for rapid development is considered an asset
