Game Producer

We are looking for a highly motivated Art Producer to join our team

As an Art Producer, you will play a key role in managing the art production process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets for our games.

The Game Producer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development process across all stages of game production. 

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring alignment between game design requirements and deliverables across departments.

- Managing and reviewing documentation, including high-level briefs, detailed asset lists, animation lists, and sound requirements, to ensure all teams have clear and actionable guidance.

- Coordinating with game designers, artists, tech art, and developers to ensure timely creation, integration, and testing of game assets.

- Organizing and leading kick-off meetings, cross-department reviews, and playtesting sessions to maintain project alignment and quality.

- Monitoring project milestones and addressing challenges to ensure smooth transitions between production phases.

- Collaborating with marketing and post-production teams to provide clear information about new game content.

- Driving quality and efficiency in the production process, ensuring all deliverables meet the project’s creative and technical standards.

- This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of game development pipelines.

-   Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven experience in game project management in an art studio environment.

-   Strong organizational and leadership skills.

-   Time management and prioritization skills

-   Familiarity with project management software (Assana/Monday…)

-   Background in the gaming industry – an advantage

-   Multitasking and Proactive problem-solving abilities.

-   Self-motivated and results-driven.

-   Excellent English communication skills.
