That's No Moon Entertainment seeks a Senior Game Producer, Design to manage design team workflows, cross-departmental collaboration, and execution of the development plan for a AAA action-adventure title. Responsibilities include managing project schedules and deliverables, aligning departmental needs with project requirements, collaborating with directors and leads to drive decision-making, connecting departments to eliminate roadblocks, proactive risk management, monitoring team and project health, suggesting process improvements, creating production reports, mentoring junior team members, and driving clarity in ambiguous situations. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience producing AAA video games, preferably with action-adventure or narrative-heavy titles, and proficiency in industry-standard software (Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid, Perforce).

We are seeking a Senior Producer to support our Lead Design Producer in managing design team workflows, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the execution of our game development plan for a AAA action-adventure title. Your strengths combine strong project management skills with a deep understanding of creative team needs, helping design teams stay aligned to the game's vision, on schedule, and at the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage portions of the cross-department mission scheduling, related game deliverables, and task tracking to gold milestone deliverable.
  • Solicit needs from departments and align them to set project requirements. Take those requirements and turn them into project plans. Work with the team to execute those plans.
  • Validate department and feature schedules and ensure they fit into the big picture goals of the game.
  • Work collaboratively with directors, leads and producers to drive decision making that achieves the scope and quality requirements of the game.
  • Connect departments and eliminate roadblocks to ensure the team is flowing efficiently through their work.
  • Proactive risk management with a keen eye for when escalation is needed. Provide risk mitigation plans and see them through.
  • Monitor the team and project health, communicate risks along with suggested corrective measures to leadership.
  • Suggest process improvements and assist in seeing them through.
  • Assemble productivity data from the production tracking system and create reports that steer production forward.
  • Drive the team towards clarity when ambiguity exists on a new deliverable type or department innovation.
  • Mentor associate and mid-level members of the team on best practices to achieve project goals efficiently and collaboratively.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in creating AAA video games; strongly preferred with action-adventure or narrative heavy game experience.
  • Experience with Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid, Perforce or other industry standard tasking and version control software.
  • In depth understanding of how production functions in game development and the need for creative space to experiment, adapt and learn.
  • Data analytics background or capability preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong capability to manage multiple complex priorities.
  • Adaptive managerial skills, knowing when to use formal or informal tactics and strategy to achieve project success.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Producer in a similar field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong time managerial skills in a technically sophisticated and fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • High Attention to detail, timely follow-up, and strong interpersonal skills.

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $136,000 - $171,000
