The Games Portfolio Coordinator will support the strategic development and execution of the gaming content roadmap across all markets and brands. This role requires high-level coordination, assessment, and communication to deliver optimal gaming experiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player adept at managing various tasks and ad-hoc projects efficiently and enthusiastically. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive games roadmap, supporting the assessment of games from various suppliers with market-based recommendations, and collaborating with the Performance Optimization team for CRM input and marketing efforts. The role also involves assisting in the selection and management of featured games, collaborating on custom game development, supporting internal events and tournaments, and assisting in hosting internal communications regarding releases and industry trends. Contribution to negotiations for exclusivity deals and evaluation of new providers is also expected.
Must have:
  • Basic experience in content management or game assessment
  • Familiarity with CRM strategies and marketing coordination
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in the iGaming industry
  • Experience with game customization projects
  • Familiarity with negotiating deals or managing partnerships

ABOUT THE ROLE 
                 
The Games Portfolio Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic development and execution of the gaming content roadmap across all markets and brands. This position involves a high level of coordination, assessment, and communication to ensure that the best gaming experiences are delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who can handle a variety of tasks, including ad-hoc projects, with efficiency and enthusiasm.
         

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:              

  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive games roadmap across multiple markets and brands.
  • Supporting the assessment of games from various game suppliers, making recommendations based on market needs and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Optimization team for CRM input and marketing efforts to ensure optimal promotion of key games tailored to each market and brand.
  • Assisting in the selection and management of featured games, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and market preferences.
  • Collaborating on the development and customization of bespoke games, including branded games, original creations, and re-skins.
  • Supporting internal events and tournaments, ensuring smooth execution in coordination with external partners and internal teams, and supporting the onboarding of new providers and recommending tools, features, or promotional elements to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Assisting in hosting and organizing internal communications, such as educational calls or updates on upcoming releases and industry trends.
  • Contributing to negotiations for exclusivity deals and assisting in the coordination and evaluation of new providers and promotional tools.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Essential skills:          

  • Basic experience in content management, game assessment, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM strategies and marketing coordination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Nice to have skills:       

  • Prior experience in the iGaming industry or a related field.
  • Experience with game customisation or bespoke development projects.
  • Familiarity with negotiating deals or managing partnerships.
