ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Gaming Procurement Coordinator to support our growing Gaming team! In this role, you'll help manage vendor relationships, streamline procurement processes, and ensure we have the tools and services we need to deliver amazing player experiences. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Coordinate legal and commercial tasks via Jira, Confluence and slack , ensuring documents, timelines, and requirements are communicated and met across internal teams (release, product, compliance, gaming).
- Track and report on tasks and document status to the Gaming Commercial Operations Lead.
- Assist in the negotiation and renewal of commercial agreements, including tracking contract terms, deal expirations, and bonus/spend commitments.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to manage integration timelines and prioritise partner requests or escalations.
- Maintain an accurate database of commercial contacts, terms, and partner-related documentation.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Essential skills:
2+ years of experience in iGaming or a related commercial/operational role, preferably within a B2C environment or payment and legal.
Familiarity with compliance and legal documentation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage several projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with a good understanding of reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, Jira and basic reporting tools.
