Google Ads Specialist

• Build Google advertising strategy and implement the strategy by launching, testing & optimizing it.
• Define, prioritize on how to advertise in the most profitable way.
• Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results.
• Perform analysis, management and optimization of Google advertising setup to reach the goals. 
• Monitor daily campaign KPIs, identify changes and initiate actions needed in order to address them.
• Work with various platforms: Google Search, Display, Discovery, Shopping, YouTube, Apps, Remarketing, etc.

• At least 1 year of Google advertising experience.
• Strong ownership of Google Ads accounts and decision-making.
• Analytical thinking to assess campaign results, experience with Google Analytics.
• Knowledge on how to analyze all metrics provided and confidence in making suggestions.
• Ability to multitask, perfect time management and attention to the details.
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
• Aspiration to learn and grow.

It would be a plus:

• Russian language knowledge (written). 
• Technical knowledge: Google Tag Manager, HTML, JavaScript, etc.
• Experience with Google Ads Scripts.
