Job Description

As a Graduate Document Management Associate, you will be an integral part of ensuring client documentation is processed accurately and efficiently, helping to meet strict service level agreements. You will receive training to understand core workflows within the Document Management Division (DMD) and contribute to delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. The role involves learning key DMD processes, developing a working knowledge of documentation standards, processing client documentation in line with agreed SLAs, and collaborating with colleagues to meet team goals.
Must have:
  • 2:2 degree or above in any discipline is welcomed.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Good general computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Confidence when communicating with colleagues
  • A proactive, process-driven mindset

Graduate Document Management Associate – Chelmsford

Join our Graduate Programme starting September 2025

We are looking for a Graduate DMD Associate to join our Document Management Division (DMD) based at Adams House, Chelmsford. This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to begin their career in a structured operational environment, gaining hands-on experience in the core processes that support our clients across the business.

As a Graduate DMD Associate, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring client documentation is processed accurately and efficiently, helping us to meet strict service level agreements. You’ll be given the tools and training to understand the core workflows within DMD and contribute to delivering a high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone with:

  • A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline is welcomed. Though subjects such as Business, English, Finance, or Law may be particularly beneficial.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Good general computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Confidence when communicating with colleagues
  • A proactive, process-driven mindset
  • An interest in financial services (desirable but not essential)


In the first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Learn the key Document Management Division processes and workflows
  • Develop a working knowledge of documentation standards and controls
  • Process client documentation in line with agreed SLAs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet team goals
  • Gain exposure to how document management underpins key business functions
