Responsibilities - Assisting the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants. Tasks include basic seller education, livestream/video support, campaign status update and other operation related tasks. - Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. - Assisting the AM team members during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign monitoring and status update. - Other admin-related work and troubleshooting for external and internal stakeholders. Internship Journey Seller Acquisition and Incubation Learn how to empower sellers's knowledge, acquiring new sellers. Account Management Work with Account Manager, getting yourself involve in managing sellers from marketplace to brands. Campaign Management Learn and manage projects that contribute to our double digit campaign and the growth of GMV Top Creators and Long-tail Creators Work with our creators to help them be successful as they grow together with us
