The Growth Lead will spearhead the expansion of the expert network, developing and executing a multi-channel growth strategy to acquire and retain top-tier experts. Responsibilities include managing paid media campaigns, building and managing strategic partnerships, implementing targeted demand generation initiatives, and optimizing the conversion funnel through A/B testing. The role requires analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing internal processes for campaign execution. This role is a founding team member of the DaaS business and will have a high degree of autonomy and influence.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Lead to spearhead the expansion of our expert network. As a founding team member of our Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for acquiring and engaging high-quality experts. This is a high-impact role that requires a balance of hands-on execution and long-term strategic planning.

You will leverage partnerships, paid marketing, content, email campaigns, and other innovative growth tactics to scale our expert community. The ideal candidate has deep experience in multi-channel growth marketing, customer acquisition, and funnel optimization and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

In this role, you’re someone who isn’t afraid of blank space as you embrace scrappiness, experimentation, and quick iteration. You’ll report to the Head of the DaaS, and you’ll have the ownership and agency to build from the ground up as a founding team member of this rapidly scaling business.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute a scalable, multi-channel growth strategy to acquire and retain top-tier experts for our network.
  • Paid Acquisition  – Own the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels) to drive expert sign-ups.
  • Partnerships & Outreach – Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships that drive expert acquisition and engagement.
  • Content & Email Marketing – Implement targeted demand gen initiatives, including email marketing, content-driven campaigns, and referral programs, to attract high-quality experts.
  • Marketing Automation & Funnel Optimization – Design and optimize the conversion funnel through A/B testing, landing pages, and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze performance metrics, extract insights, and continuously refine campaigns to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, and operations teams to align growth strategies with customer demand & business objectives .
  • Scaling Best Practices – Establish robust internal processes for campaign execution, reporting, and continuous optimization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, community building, or 
  • acquisition marketing (B2C or marketplace experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in running paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms).
  • Experience building and managing partnership programs to drive user acquisition.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on key performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling new business models.

The salary range for this position based in the San Francisco Bay Area is $170,000.00 - $240,000.00. All offers include equity compensation in the form of employee stock options.
