Team, about the role

We're looking for an Office Team Lead who can effectively manage a team of office managers in 9 countries and optimize the company's office processes. You'll be responsible for taking on key projects, supporting the development of the team, and ensuring the smooth operation of all offices. If you love complex tasks, know how to build processes, and inspire people, this role is for you!

Tasks

● Organizing the work of a team of office managers: resource allocation, task creation, managing deadlines

● Monitoring the completion of assigned tasks and tracking deadlines and the quality of the team's work

● Leading complex and strategically significant projects related to office management and administrative operations

● Motivating the team and facilitating team development: building a strong team, conducting regular assessments, supporting the development of team members, creating an effective work atmosphere

● Participation in the hiring of new employees and facilitating their adaptation to work processes

● Introducing initiatives to optimize processes and improve the company's office operations

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience as a lead in office management or related areas

● Experience in managing a team of 3 or more people

● Experience working in a distributed company

● Experience with financial reporting and analysis

● Strong communication and organizational skills

● Advanced written and verbal communication skills

● Educational background in a technical or finance/economic sphere

● English level not lower than upper-intermediate
