Based full-time in our vibrant office, you'll be at the heart of the action, playing a key role in helping new employees transition smoothly into their roles and locations, and making a real impact from day one
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- 🛫 Be the go-to expert for work permits – assisting Third Country Nationals with their applications, relocation to Malta, and settling in with ease.
- 📜 Make it official – issue employment contracts and all the essential HR documents.
- 🏛 Keep things compliant – register employees with the relevant authorities, ensuring everything is up to standard.
- ⚖ Manage absence and benefits – handle benefit administration and liaise with 3rd-party providers or government authorities to ensure employees get the support they need.
- 💡 Empower employees – answer HR-related queries through various channels and keep everyone informed.
- 📊 Keep our data in check – update and maintain our HR Information System, ensuring smooth operations.
- 📈 Turn numbers into insights – generate reports and interpret people data to support decision-making.
- 👥 Support our rockstar HR team – collaborate with Talent Management and HR Business Partners to make a real impact.
What we are looking for
We're looking for someone who brings positive energy and great organisational skills to the team! Here’s what we’d love to see:
- Experience in HR Administration – Ideally, 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws & HR processes, especially related to relocation and work permits.
- Great attention to detail – You’ll be handling contracts, reports, and official registrations.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with employees and external partners.
- Tech-savvy mindset with experience with HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proactive and improvement mindset, ready to take ownership of finding better ways to streamline our operations, improve processes, and enhance efficiency.
- Agility and adaptability - Able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping things running smoothly.
- Team player – Ready to collaborate and support different areas within HR.
