1、系统建设规划:梳理业务流程,协调HR业务、内外部资源。进行HR信息化项目的制定与实施 2、项目需求管理:收集、分析和评估业务需求,撰写/完善需求文档,进行行业调研和方案设计,跟踪项目开发、测试、培训、推广上线过程 3、系统运营:跟踪系统上线后运维状态,确保系统运转顺畅,对上线后用户反馈设定排期持续迭代 4、整合公司内外部系统,实现人力资源各模块间无缝对接,规避数据孤岛
