We drive adoption and usage for Unreal Engine and provide our customers with the tools and support to make amazing visual projects in the Unreal Engine.

What You'll Do

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support our business development team's efforts in prioritizing features for our rapidly expanding portfolio. This pivotal role holds significant influence and will be instrumental in lead qualification, customer profiling, and managing a substantial sales pipeline. You will work closely with colleagues from multiple departments and will experience a mix of ongoing tasks and responsibilities along with project-based activities.

In this role, you will

  • Collaborate with Business Development to process incoming lead sources, ensuring efficient allocation to relevant teams or handling them personally
  • Maintain timely and precise communication with leads through appropriate channels such as phone, email, and Zoom
  • Provide support in preparing documents, including agendas, meeting minutes, forms, documentation, and report requests, and propose improvements in related processes
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, assisting customers in addressing their inquiries and recommending suitable solutions
  • Assist in facilitating B2B transactions and initiate necessary follow-up with customers
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes within the department, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness and strive to enhance aspects of the customer experience
  • Take ownership of sale activities and provide support to team members and others

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support and/or sales, with a focus on handling enterprise software products
  • Experience in working across multiple departments and representing a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of effectively managing time-sensitive work and competing priorities with minimal guidance
  • Strategic thinker who can also drive forward tactical execution
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt and work effectively with a team
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starting individual who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong sense of accountability and personal organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM solution
  • Ability to review existing processes and recommend improvements; and a good understanding of business-to-business relationships, common challenges, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
