epiFi is a FinTech startup focused on digital natives, aiming to help users manage their finances effectively. The company seeks Backend engineering interns who are passionate about technology. Interns will collaborate with a talented team to innovate, design, and build the next generation of financial services. The role requires candidates to possess a strong foundation in computer science, familiarity with data structures, and excellent communication skills. Interns should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and be able to learn new coding languages as needed.

Must have:

Competency in programming languages (Java, C/C++, Go).
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.
Ability to think outside the box.
Ability to articulate complicated technical concepts clearly.

Good to have:

Interesting hobby projects, open-source contributions, etc.
Sharing knowledge via mentoring, code reviews, technical talks, etc.

What this role is about:

We are looking for Backend engineering interns who possess a passion for pushing technology to the limits. This intern will work with our team of talented technologists to innovate, design and build the next generation of financial services.

You should apply if :

- You are competent with one or more general programming languages (e.g. Java, C/C++, Go). Open to learn other coding languages as needed.

- You have a strong foundation in the fundamentals of computer science, with familiarity in data structures, algorithms and a strong command of object-oriented principles.

- You have a spark that separates you from the crowd and ability to think out of the box and on your feet

- You have the ability to learn other coding languages as needed real quickYou are comfortable in working with a team that deals with ambiguity every day

- You can articulate complicated technical concepts clearly

- You possess multi-dimensional skills that make you a valuable co-worker in a fast, changing and ambiguous environment.
