Job Description

The International Growth Consultant, Emerging Markets, at Google advises large clients on expanding their international business. This involves understanding client objectives, creating data-driven recommendations, and shaping their market expansion strategies. The role requires conceiving innovative solutions, providing end-to-end support during the export process (market identification to in-market operational solutions), and collaborating effectively within the International Growth Team. Responsibilities include consulting on growth strategies, identifying opportunities, and addressing operational challenges (payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years experience presenting technical/financial data
3+ years experience using technology for business objectives
Consult Google's largest clients on international business growth
Develop data-driven business recommendations and expansion strategies

Good to have:

3+ years analyzing market information for strategies
Experience in strategy creation and delivery
Understanding of digital marketing products
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Innovation and solution development for clients

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience gathering and presenting technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
3 years of experience using technological tools to accomplish business objectives and goals.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years of experience analyzing and applying industry, market, product and organizational information to strategies and plans.
Experience in strategy creation and leading and delivering strategic initiatives and business goals.
Understanding of the digital marketing products and landscape.
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence towards shared objectives.
Excellent problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills.
Motivated with desire to innovate and develop new solutions to
problems with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Consult Google’s largest customers on how to grow their international business by understanding customer objectives, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy across markets/verticals.
Conceive innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions to identify growth opportunities for customers and scale them.
Provide end-to-end support to clients along their export journey, from market identification to in-market expertise including how to overcome key operational hurdles (e.g., payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).
Be a team player, contributing to the positive and inclusive culture of the International Growth Team and positively influencing your own development, and also the development of those around you.
