The Junior Client Solutions Specialist will develop and maintain relationships with clients in European markets, addressing their inquiries about Mercer products and methodologies. They will also provide data analysis and interpretation support, deliver custom training, coordinate client participation in surveys, and assist consultants with sales activities. The role involves working in a multinational and dynamic environment within the compensation and benefits area. Must have:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and project coordination skills
Good to have:
  • Communicative/fluent German
  • HR or Comp&Ben area experience
  • Experience in sales and/or negotiations with Clients
  • Analytical skills and a strong focus to detail

Junior Client Solutions Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of membership clients from European markets

  • addressing membership client's queries re. Mercer products/methodology and acting as first point of contact

  • providing support in terms of basic data analysis/interpretation to clients

  • delivering custom trainings, onboardings and Mercer tools demo to clients

  • coordinating client's participation in Mercer remuneration surveys, ensuring their timely and quality data submission

  • assisting consultants with sales activities (e.g. presentations, product information) and other ad hoc market requests 

 

We would like you to have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the areas of customer service

  • fluent English is a must

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Very strong organizational and project coordination skills
