Job Description

The Junior Strategic Planner role requires an experienced planner capable of working independently and delivering research findings to the strategy team. Key responsibilities include understanding consumers, leveraging data and cultural insights to write briefs, and collaborating with creative teams. The role involves increased responsibility, fostering a collaborative work environment, and building relationships with marketing clients. Must have:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Balance ability to perform analytically & creatively.
  • Intuitive and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Deep understanding about communication/branding, digital marketing & social media platforms.
  • Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication.
  • Flexible in working independently & as a team, determined.

This role is a more experienced planner who can work autonomously and deliver research findings and insights to the strategy team to fuel the strategic process

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Has a deep understanding of the consumer, leverages data and cultural insights to write briefs and conducts briefings on at least one brand with a minimum of supervision
  • Works closely and collaboratively with creative teams to nurture ideas; is seen as a “go-to” person for creative teams
  • Accepts increased responsibility and independence in carrying out important projects and becomes a valued contributor to the lead team
  • Demonstrates the creative and inventive spirit that indicates potential for a career in brand strategy
  • Fosters strong relationships with middle level marketing clients to earn their trust and respect
  • Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish

Requirements:
