Обязанности
Разработка и внедрение технологических процессов производства
Проведение анализа технологических процессов и предложений по улучшению их эффективности.
Обеспечение соблюдения всех норм и стандартов безопасности на производственном участке.
Контроль за состоянием технологического оборудования, при необходимости инициирование его ремонта или замены.
Обучение и консультации работников производства по вопросам соблюдения технологических процессов.
Разработка инструкций, регламентов, стандартов и других документов, касающихся технологического процесса.
Составление отчетности по выполнению технологических заданий.
Участие в планировании потребностей в сырье, материалах, полуфабрикатах и энергетических ресурсах.
Анализ причин брака и предложений по улучшению качества продукции.
