Job Description

The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles within the SD-WAN, SASE, or Unified-SASE domains. This includes collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels like LinkedIn and job portals, conducting screenings, and coordinating interviews. The recruiter will also need to stay updated on industry trends, manage the recruitment process efficiently, and build a strong employer brand. The role requires a candidate with 10-12 years of experience in technical recruitment, with expertise in hiring software engineers, architects, and technical support professionals. The recruiter will also be involved in job analysis, preparing recruitment materials, and conducting interviews. The goal is to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and representing the company at industry events.
Must have:

Job Details

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 10 to 12 years of experience in technical hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruiting Engineering, Support talent for SD-WAN, SASE, or Unified-SASE domains. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for critical Engineering, Support & Other positions, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract top talent.
 
You will have -     
  • Bachelor’s (or) master’s degree in human resources.
  
You will definitely possess these skills –  
 
  • 10–12 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in product-based or cybersecurity companies.
  • Strong experience in hiring software engineers, architects, technical support professionals and Engineering leaders in SD-WAN, SASE, or Unified-SASE domains.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing top talent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner effectively with technical leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS tools, recruitment analytics, understand compensation fitment, and employer branding strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.
 
Must have –   
 
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiation for engineering roles in the SD-WAN, SASE, or Unified-SASE domains.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, industry events, and networking to build and maintain a pipeline of top talent.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct technical screenings, coordinate interviews with technical teams, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure an efficient recruitment process, leveraging best practices and ATS tools.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company at industry events and engage with talent communities to build a strong employer brand.
 
Bird’s eye view of your role –   
 
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board etc.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
