Review legal loopholes and risks, proposing solutions for company operations in labor management, payroll, social insurance, tax obligations, and other legal compliance. Examine, research, and complete legal and business documentation, including business registration, permits, and intellectual property rights. Communicate, check, and draft contracts and company documents for domestic and international clients and partners. Propose, draft, review, and explain internal management processes, regulations, and rules. Proactively monitor regulatory changes and policy updates from relevant agencies, organizations, and partners, assessing their impact on business operations and proposing mitigation measures. Serve as the primary contact for agencies and organizations to resolve feedback, complaints, and disputes. Control and monitor the legal validity of company documents and contracts before, during, and after issuance. Coordinate work with other departments and report directly to the Board of Directors.
