This role involves reviewing legal loopholes and risks, proposing solutions for company activities related to labor management, salaries, social insurance, taxes, and other legal obligations. Responsibilities include completing legal and business procedures (business registration, licenses, intellectual property), drafting and reviewing contracts with domestic and international partners, and proposing internal regulations. The specialist will also monitor policy changes, act as a liaison for disputes, control legal validity of documents, and collaborate with other departments, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
