This includes managing the recruitment program, taking requirements from departments and planning recruitment, building job descriptions, and candidate profiles. They will manage the recruitment team, propose improvements to the recruitment process, and evaluate recruitment needs and quality. The candidate will also be responsible for searching and finding potential candidates, and building a broad network. Additional tasks will be assigned by the management. The job requires at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in the gaming industry. The candidate should also have knowledge of the company's business activities, good English skills, and good interviewing and negotiation skills. They should also have the ability to use social media for recruitment marketing.
