Job Description

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities, including planning, implementing, and optimizing the company's human resource recruitment program. This role involves managing the recruitment team, developing job descriptions and candidate profiles, and analyzing recruitment metrics to propose improvements. The supervisor will also focus on sourcing potential candidates and building a strong professional network, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition for the company.

Description

  • Responsible for all recruitment activities at the company.
  • Control and implement the company's human resource recruitment program.
  • Receive requests from departments and plan recruitment, build job descriptions, and candidate profiles for each position.
  • Manage the recruitment team, assign tasks & resolve arising issues within the team.
  • Propose improvements to recruitment processes and methods to optimize recruitment time and costs.
  • Report, evaluate, and analyze recruitment needs and quality.
  • Measure metrics before – during – after the recruitment process and propose improvements.
  • Exploit & search for potential candidates, build a wide network.
  • Perform other tasks as directly assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT field, preferably in the Game industry.
  • Understanding of the company's business production activities; knowledge of competitor human resources and high-level candidates in the IT labor market.
  • Ability to build and establish good relationships inside and outside the company.
  • Good English skills.
  • Good interview and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills.
  • Ability to use social media for the company's recruitment brand marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, prioritizing candidates with small team management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, able to withstand work pressure.
  • Prioritize candidates with talent and understanding of recruitment brand marketing.
