The HR Supervisor will be in charge of all recruitment work at the company. They will control and implement the company's recruitment program. They will receive requests from departments and plan recruitment, develop job descriptions, and candidate profiles for each position. They will manage the recruitment team, assign tasks & resolve arising issues of the team. They will also propose improvements to the recruitment process and methods to optimize recruitment time and costs. The role involves reporting, evaluating, and analyzing recruitment needs and quality. The HR Supervisor will also measure indicators before, during, and after the recruitment process, and make improvement suggestions. They will also exploit & search for potential candidates, building a wide network.
