Highspot is seeking a tenacious Marketing Intern, Lifecycle & Events team member to join their Customer & Community Marketing team. This role involves assisting in the flawless execution of marketing campaigns and events to improve customer engagement and retention. The intern will collect data, craft content, and drive promotional activities across various marketing channels. Collaboration with community, marketing, and sales teams is crucial for aligning on community growth initiatives. The candidate will be involved in multiple details and keep stakeholders updated. The candidate should be analytical and results-driven, a motivated self-starter, agile, and embrace change. The intern will assist in the end-to-end execution of events.
Must have:
  • 1-3 years of marketing, demand gen, or community-based experience

We are seeking a tenacious Marketing Intern, Lifecycle & Events team member to join our Customer & Community Marketing team, who loves evangelizing a disruptive, new marketing community and wants to be part of a powerhouse, growing, hard-working team. What You'll Do

    • Assist in flawless execution of planning and executing marketing campaigns and events that will improve customer engagement and retention.
    • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, and continuously strive to optimize and improve investments in our customer engagement efforts. 
    • Craft compelling content for, and drive promotional activities across a broad range of marketing channels, including advertising, social media, email, in-product, events, webinars and more.
    • Collaborate across the community, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on community growth initiatives. 

Your Background

    • At least 1-3 years of prior marketing, demand gen, events or community-based experience.
    • Strong experience with or a capacity to learn marketing software and online applications (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Advertising, Google Analytics).
    • Team player with a strong desire to learn and an ambitious professional drive.
    • Detail-oriented with strong attention to flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and make firm deadlines. 
    • Creative problem-solver with a desire to assist in end-to-end execution of events. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
Hourly Rate: $22 per hour
