The Marketing Strategy team drives consumer demand (revenue, attendance, occupancy) for the Walt Disney World Resort. The team achieves these goals by developing business and communication strategies and partnering with cross-discipline teams to create campaigns that drive consumer behavior. The team also coordinates the management of plans to ensure each campaign or program is enhanced across a range of marketing tactics.
As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will develop marketing plans for our Water Parks, including hard ticket events (H2O Glow). You will guide communication planning rooted in consumer insights and drive go-to-market innovation. Your responsibilities include leading strategic inputs and roadmaps, integrated communications planning, website management, event communications, partner management, long-term calendar planning and integration efforts, and other duties as assigned.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy.
