Merchant Financing Product Manager - Global Payment

Team Introduction The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver Merchant Financing products for TikTok Shop sellers in various global regions. 2. Conduct comprehensive market research, product design, optimization, and user interviews to ensure the product meets user needs effectively. 3. Take full ownership of product delivery timelines, quality assurance, and overall performance metrics. 4. Be accountable for achieving key product metrics and driving business success. 5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including solution, product operations, payment product, and engineering teams, to ensure seamless product development and implementation.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 1. Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. 2. Familiarity with financial regulations, tax compliance, and payment systems. 3. Proven experience in delivering successful products, such as Cash loan and cash advance products, as well as E-commerce payment and financing services. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Financial MBA. 2. 5 years+ of work experience financial-related work experience in the Hong Kong market will be strongly preferred.
