About the Role

We’re looking for a Middleweight Creative Team — a sharp, ambitious Art Director and Copywriter duo — who are ready to make a name for themselves by creating bold, culturally resonant ideas that grab attention and drive fame. You’re the kind of team that sweats the small stuff, loves the big idea, and is hungry to break through with work that gets talked about, shared, and awarded.

This is an opportunity to help shape creative output across a wide range of clients spanning across sports, entertainment and travel. You’ll be working closely with senior creatives and strategists to deliver work that makes people feel something and resonates in culture.

We are looking for a team that has a traditional big brand platform thinking background that has evolved into a passion for more unconventional outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept and craft original, fame-driving ideas across film, digital, social, experiential, and beyond.
  • Collaborate with strategists, producers, and senior creatives to ensure ideas are insight-led and executed to the highest standard.
  • Own projects from initial spark to final polish — presenting confidently, refining with care, and pushing for the best outcome.
  • Bring strong visual and verbal storytelling to every brief, with an eye for detail and a passion for making work that gets noticed.
  • Stay in tune with culture, trends, and the industry — and use that knowledge to fuel more original, relevant ideas.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative creative culture that celebrates ideas and champions craft.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience as a creative team in an agency or studio environment.
  • A book of work that shows not just promise, but a few sparks of brilliance — whether it’s been awarded or just turned heads.
  • Art Director: A strong design sensibility, with a love for aesthetic, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Copywriter: A knack for clear, compelling, personality-driven writing across multiple tones and formats.
  • A shared hunger to create culturally relevant, beautifully crafted work that wins both clients and awards.
  • A positive, can-do energy and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
