Job Description

The NRM Program Project Manager in China will lead the development and deployment of NRM solutions, coordinating across functions and external partners. The role involves project management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and other teams. Key responsibilities include managing project stages, addressing project risks, fostering communication, collaborating with global teams and external partners, analyzing and streamlining processes, developing networks, and influencing at multiple organizational levels. The candidate will be expected to drive change and deliver business impact, ensuring program confidence and addressing adoption barriers. This role requires strong project management, relationship management, influencing, and communication skills.

Introduction

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the NRM program in China, part of the Global NRM Performance Hub. Reporting to the NRM Capability and Deployment Lead for APAC and the NRM Director for China, you will manage the development and deployment of NRM solutions, coordinating across functions and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Lead project stages, ensuring timely completion.
    • Align with stakeholders and address project risks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Foster communication and collaboration across Sales, Finance, NRM, trade marketing, and demand planning.
    • Build strong working relationships.
  • Global Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with global teams and share learnings.
  • Collaboration with External Partners:

    • Work with consulting partners to incorporate best practices.
  • Process Analysis and Communication:

    • Analyze processes and communicate interconnections.
    • Streamline processes for efficiency.
  • Network Development:

    • Develop a robust network within China to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Influence and Communication:

    • Influence and communicate at multiple organizational levels.

The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate:

  • Business Expertise:

    • Lead the NRM program, meeting milestones and evaluating value realization.
    • Monitor business process changes and create mitigation plans.
    • Keep the China team confident and trustful of the program.
  • Problem Solving:

    • Ensure high confidence in the program despite challenges.
    • Regularly review the business case value for China.
    • Identify and address adoption barriers.

Experience:

  • Essential: Project management experience, relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive change and deliver business impact.
  • Preferred: BU/commercial team experience, experience across multiple markets, and cross-functional collaboration.
