Sonar Spark is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our Denver office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment, assisting staff with administrative needs, and contributing to overall office management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents

  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner

  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars

  • Support other departments with clerical duties as assigned

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and communal areas

  • Assist in preparing reports and internal communications

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus

  • Proven experience in an office support or administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
