Job Description

The Ops Trainer will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees in the Customer Service division. Responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting mentoring and coaching sessions, delivering refresher training, and assessing employee performance. The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining training programs, reporting on employee progress, and updating training materials to reflect changes in processes, products, and systems. They will also provide feedback to employees and make recommendations for improvement.

Playtech Managed Services is looking for an open-minded and motivated Operations Trainer (Junior level) with strong communication skills.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Develop a comprehensive training package that aims to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce
  • Conduct mentoring, coaching, and training for the new employees
  • Prepare and deliver refresher training to enable continuous improvement and address any performance gaps identified
  • Prepare and maintain a training program for the employees of the CS division
  • Make appraisals of the trained employees, give feedback, and make recommendations
  • Regularly get informed of updates regarding processes, products, and systems
  • Update all training materials in a timely manner
  • Report to the direct manager all issues during the training relating to the trainee’s behavior, punctuality, level of understanding, and participation
