Job Description

As an Organisational Design and Workforce Change Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in driving organisational transformation across our media business. Working closely with People & Culture and business leaders, you will lead the design and implementation of organisational structures and workforce change initiatives that are aligned with our cultural ambitions, strategic design principles, and high-performance values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organisational Design at Pace: Rapidly design and iterate organisational structures that support transformation goals, ensuring alignment with future-fit capabilities, culture aspirations, and agreed design principles.

  • Workshop Facilitation: Plan and facilitate collaborative workshops with senior leaders, People Business Partners, functional teams, and cross-business units to co-design structures and operating models.

  • Workforce Change Delivery: Lead targeted workforce change projects including the redesign of roles, work allocation, and functional operating models. Break down silos by creating role clarity, inter-team connection points, and shared accountability.

  • Embedding Inclusion and Wellbeing: Champion inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and wellbeing-focused design choices, embedding these in both structure and practice.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with People Business Partners, the Transformation Management Office (TMO), GMs, and other workstream leads to ensure change initiatives are integrated and strategically sequenced.

  • Change Communication Support: Contribute to the development of playbooks, communications, and guidance that support leaders in delivering transformative people change in a consistent and inclusive way.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in Organisational Design, Workforce Transformation, or People Strategy- while not essential, let us know about your experience within media, entertainment, or creative industries.

  • Deep understanding of operating model design, role architecture, and contemporary ways of working (e.g., self-organising teams, cross-functional teaming).

  • Strong facilitation skills with experience running workshops and design labs across all levels of the organisation.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and embed culture change, especially relating to inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working at pace in a complex, fast-evolving transformation program.

  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working on enterprise transformation in a media, digital, or creative organisation.

  • Qualifications in change management, OD, or human-centred design.
