As a Paid Advertising Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of paid media efforts in Spanish-speaking markets. Your role involves executing, optimizing, and analyzing impactful paid media campaigns, monitoring KPIs, and providing clear performance reports. You will also conduct keyword research, optimize creative assets, manage agencies, and collaborate with creative teams. You will be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and launch to continuous optimization to achieve business objectives and improve ROI. The job includes managing paid media campaigns, analyzing data, providing insights, and working with creative teams. The company focuses on innovation and data-driven strategies.
Must have:
  • Native-level Spanish fluency.
  • 1-2 years PPC campaign management experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data.
Good to have:
  • Experience managing X and TikTok ads.
  • Experience in LATAM regions.
  • Familiarity with paid media tracking platforms.
  • Experience in crypto and iGaming industries.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Campaign Execution: Take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle, from initial planning and launch to continuous iteration and optimization of paid media campaigns to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Diligently monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ad spend, registrations, CPA, and first-time deposits (FTDs) across various digital channels. Identify trends, extract actionable insights, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Keyword & Competitive Landscape Analysis: Conduct thorough research on relevant keywords and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
  • Creative & Landing Page Optimization: Evaluate competitor creative assets and landing pages, providing recommendations and collaborating on the development of high-converting experiences tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing clear and concise performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Campaign Testing & Experimentation: Rapidly implement and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to identify high-performing strategies and optimize ad spend more effectively.
  • Creative Coordination: Collaborate effectively with creative teams to design visually appealing and culturally relevant banner ads and native ad formats for Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Agency Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external partners and agencies, ensuring their alignment with campaign goals and performance expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics tools.

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in Spanish (Native Level): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish are essential to effectively target and engage Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Proven Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience, preferably with some exposure to startup environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEM tools (e.g. SEMrush is a plus).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proven Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in a similar role through past campaigns and performance results.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and agencies.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively solve challenges.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Hands-on experience managing X, TikTok, and other performance ads channels would be advantageous.
  • Experience in driving growth and consistently meeting KPIs in the LATAM regions.
  • Familiarity with paid media tracking platforms would be advantageous.
  • Experience working in competitive industries such as crypto and iGaming.
