Job Description Summary:

This role will focus on managing Xoom partners based in Latam. You will be working closely with our integration partners as well as internal teams within Xoom.
The Partner Services team is responsible for the engagement, onboarding, documentation and monitoring of new and existing Xoom integration partners.

Job Description:

Your way to impact

You will be working closely with commercial and product team, to identify opportunities that will drive growth to Latam Region. This requires working closely with partners to identify new opportunities, negotiate pricing reduction and improve service to the region. You will manage the partner relations team for the region.

Your day to day

In your day-to-day role, you will be leading the Latam Partner Relations team and directly supporting key partner accounts to:

  • Manage new partner integrations and re-integrations with existing partners
  • Service requirements documentation, exceptions approval, operational readiness testing and post-launch monitoring
  • Maintain partner relationship
  • Expansion opportunities (new service and/or country offering), update on regulatory requirements, amount limits, etc.
  • Partner Onboarding
  • Supervision over PayPal’s Due Diligence of Partner
  • Inclusion of Partner in PayPal’s Third-Party Management (TPM) system (+ongoing TPM ownership)
  • Operational Support; Escalations from Accounting, Treasury, Compliance, Operations and Partner

What do you need to bring-

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly in the remittance industry
  • Excellent project and people management skills
  • Good knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates and management techniques
  • High degree of professional confidence and credibility with effective presence, strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate technical concepts and plans at all levels
  • Strong negotiation skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize among many conflicting needs, advocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently 
  • Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies
