ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities
Working closely with Planning Heads, Production Directors and Project Teams to meet capacity needs.
Track data accuracy on a weekly basis, issue high-level & detailed planning status/report weekly basis. Maintain the system updates related to planning management.
Assist resource allocation and collaboration across studios.
Participate in resource evaluation meetings on weekly and monthly basis. Identify potential risks and seek solutions
Participate in global planning meetings and report on studio capacity.
Follow up the new opportunities and test progress and coming up with a summary of the status and trend weekly.
Prepare operation reports and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance and collaborate with planning leads to forecast all required.
Assisting planning heads with external vendors for resource allocation.
Facilitate external vendors onsite process and host weekly vendor meeting.
Work closely with team to maintain each group’s monthly KPI progress, ensure team can hit the target or escalate the risks/problems might impact the target secured.
Working closely with PMO and ERP team on troubleshooting and system improvement.
With a strong understanding of supplier sourcing and contract management.
Providing suggestions for project’s vendor selections based on vendors’ historical record and performance.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive vendor relationship, resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including admin, legal, IT, security, and production to ensure vendor cooperation goes properly from Day one.
Qualifications
Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience as production planner/project coordinator
Strong data analysis ability and presentation skill.
Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite. ERP is plus.
Bachelor’s degree above. PMP certificated is plus.
Good verbal and written English skills are essential. Good presentation skill is plus.
Passion for the gaming industry and ability to quickly adapt to changes and work effectively under pressure.
