岗位职责
- Responsible for the construction and operation of social media andcommunity, and accountable for the scale and activity level of community users as well as the community's reputation.
- Work together with social media and community team, manage, and maintain community user operations, establish communication/interaction channels and mechanisms between the official and players, and assist in improving product optimization through community feedback and user research.
- Sharply grasp the tones and hotspots of different communities, plan and produce content/activities that users love in combination with game version contents, meet the demands of various users, and increase the number of community fans and user stickiness.
- Work closely with the LiveOps team to support all promotion plans, keep a close eye on the market trend and surface insights and provide constructive and effective suggestions for the team.
- Work closely with other functions such as Studios, process, and financial teams and fully leverage resources toassist a solid and consistent launch and long-term operation and marketing.
- Product Planning & Management:Working together with marketing team, to support the project management and make the related recap and reports.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned, budget management and procurement process.
岗位要求
- Based in Shenzhen, can accept to relocate/assignment to WEU(UK/FR/GER)
- Degree holder in marketing, communication, gaming, or related disciplines
- 3 years’ experience in social media is preferred, preferably in the gaming/IT/Internet industry.
- Well-organized, good project management communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive to communicate with all cooperate partners.
- Excellent command of written &spoken English & Mandarin.
- Familiar with social media/community in NA or WEU.
- Passionate about playing PC, Console and mobile games and communicate with players.
