Job Description

The Plant Controller is responsible for planning and managing plant financial resources, providing decision-making information to guarantee and optimize financial performance and competitiveness, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the site's financial information in accordance with group and division policies. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, planning and reporting, complete costing process, KPIs development, monitoring, and control, operational and financial internal controls, investment projects process control, and coordinating the month-end close process. The role also involves overseeing the technical development plan and career advancement of team members.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or a similar area
  • More than 5 years of experience in the position
  • Advanced English level
  • Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes
  • Budgeting & forecasting process
  • Cost accounting and costing process
  • Internal Control (Financial and operational)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis

Job Details

Plant Controller Position Summary Responsible of planning and managing plant financial resources, providing decision-making information to guarantee and optimize financial performance and competitiveness, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the site's financial information in accordance with group and division policies. Your Role
  • Financial analysis, planning and reporting (Month result, Weekly Financial Flash, Monthly Forecast, Budget).
  • Responsible for complete costing process.
  • KPIs development, monitoring, and control.
  • Operational and financial internal controls, development, monitoring, and control.
  • Investment projects process control - CAPEX.
  • Coordinate & supervise Month end Close Process.
  • Responsible of the technical development plan career of people on his charge
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or similar area.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the position
  • English Advanced level
  • Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes.
  • Budgeting & forecasting process.
  • Cost accounting and costing process.
  • Internal Control (Financial and operational).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis.
