UXBERT Labs seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead its business development vertical for digital design and custom software solutions. Responsibilities include managing the complete sales process, preparing sales pitches and proposals, identifying new business opportunities, designing sales strategies, prospecting, utilizing consultative selling techniques, analyzing market trends, and strategizing for deal-level challenges. Collaboration with internal teams for implementation and ensuring customer satisfaction is crucial. The role also involves budget oversight, forecasting, representing the company at industry events, and reporting on account activity. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and strong analytical abilities.

UXBERT Labs is looking for an experienced Sales Director responsible for leading the business development vertical of digital design & Custom software solution projects, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional strategic thinking, relationship management, and communication skills to enhance the company’s market presence and profitability.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process from initial identification of a prospect, through scoping requirements to successful contract negotiation and close
  • Prepare sales pitches & proposals to present at the Director level
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, products, services, or partnerships.
  • Design and implement sales strategies that ensure we meet our revenue objectives
  • Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques
  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to
  • Independently and collaboratively strategise for solving deal-level challenges
  • Work closely with internal implementation and development teams to develop an implementation approach and quote, and assure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the business development budget and provide accurate forecasting for revenue and profit margins.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build relationships.
  • Report account activity, opportunity status and other details
  • Other sales and marketing related activities



Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • A passion for innovative technologies and an understanding of design processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to systematically solve problems and hypothesise possible customer pain points and implicit needs
  • Independent and self-directed, and takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM and business development tools.
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple opportunities at the same time
  • Ability to travel

  • Revenue growth from new and existing clients.
  • Number of new business opportunities identified and pursued.
  • Success rate of proposals and pitches.
  • Expansion of client base and partnerships.
