Job Description

As a Platform Solutions Manager, you will drive strategic conversations with clients, provide support, expertise, and education to self-serve trading teams. You will troubleshoot issues in JIRA and identify solutions. You will also analyze campaign performance and develop strong relationships with clients. The role involves growing revenue on self-serve accounts and becoming an expert in the platform and programmatic campaigns, influencing the product roadmap using client feedback and your own recommendations.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience on a digital or programmatic team
  • Experience working in-house at at least 1 DSP
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Client-facing experience
  • TTD Academy or Google Certification programs
Good to have:
  • Agency experience
  • Experience with health/pharma campaigns
  • Experience working with self-service clients

Platform Solutions Manager 
As a Platform Solutions Manager, you’ll help us deepen our relationships with the incredible clients who use our platform, leading office hours while diving deep into accounts, making this role the perfect combination of right-brained and left-brained skills. You will be the subject matter expert of our healthcare marketing activation platform, bringing your knowledge to self-serve traders across agencies/brands, ultimately leading to revenue growth. 
 
The Product You'll Be Working On

Our proprietary data targeting solutions are the backbone for thousands of healthcare brands seeking instant access to forecast, target and engage DTC and HCP audiences at scale. 
 
What you'll be doing
  • You’ll drive strategic conversations with clients, leading office hours and onboarding, and growing our relationships 
  • Provide support, expertise, and education to a list of existing self-serve trading teams 
  • With this support, these clients should be able to set up, optimize and pace their campaigns 
  • Interpret what a client is asking for and brainstorm solutions leveraging existing products 
  • You’ll be diving into our self-serve accounts and serve as our first line of defense, troubleshooting issues in JIRA and identifying solutions 
  • You’ll have opportunities to step up and analyze campaign performance as our latest platform power user 
What you'll accomplish
  • Develop meaningful and strong relationships with clients 
  • Grow revenue on our self-serve accounts 
  • Become an expert in our platform and with programmatic campaigns 
  • Influence the product roadmap using client feedback and your own recommendations 
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years of experience on a digital or programmatic team 
  • Experience working in-house at at least 1 DSP 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills 
  • Client-facing experience 
  • TTD Academy or Google Certification programs 
  • We're open to remote candidates

Target salary range: $85-90k base + a robust commission plan designed to provide an incentive payment on the Net Revenue of any Life Self Service Client for which you are the designated Platform Solutions Manager
