Read and reply to correspondence within SLA’s as defined for the specific communication channel.
Conduct Vessel Reconciliation & Manifest process as per process design.
Facilitate completion of documentation process.
Handle DGD and REEF cargo shipments as per manuals, guidelines and policies.
System Workflow attendance and reply within time frame.
Assist customers with their issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally in order to ensure prompt exception handling.
Deliver customer experience as outline by CENCS.
Bachelor’s degree, or bearing similar professional qualification in the same or related field.
Good communication skills required.
Fluent Korean speaking, verbal and writing. English reading and writing.
Must have computer experience: Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Ability to work under pressure.
Detail oriented; Ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design.
