As a Product Growth Manager, Google Ads, you will be responsible for enabling our partners to launch Google Ads platforms across customer bases. You will work with our partners to identify issues/opportunities, design a solution/product to address that issue/opportunity, provide engineering guidance and solutions, and establish development timelines. You will also work with our business development team and partner management teams in assessing partnership potential and technical needs, and work with partners to design new advertising solutions/products. You will collaborate with various technical teams of our partners including C-level executives, product and engineering managers, and developers.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • 6 years of experience working with systems design and product design.
  • 6 years of experience in product or program management.
  • Experience with Google Ads products.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Good to have:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (e.g.,Scrum Master or Product Owner Certified).
  • 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • 8 years of experience in operations management (e.g.,process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
  • Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Marketing Automation.
  • Experience with UX design, web technologies (e.g.,object-oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS), scripting languages (e.g.,Python, Ruby), and API/back-end code in one of the following languages (e.g.,Ruby, Java, or Python).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, drive, and optimize business growth from new opportunities by leveraging Google Ads technologies.
  • Work closely with our partners across the product development life-cycle, from product ideation and strategy to solution definition, implementation, launch and go-to-market, and drive the completion of key execution deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development Managers towards a common goal with partners, addressing product related and technical issues.
  • Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering.
  • Implement processes for managing, engaging, and expanding technology partnerships.
