Microsoft's Web experience Japan team seeks a Product Manager to drive growth for MSN, Bing search, and Copilot in the Japanese market. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, understanding user and partner needs through opportunity analysis, defining success metrics, collaborating with diverse teams (engineering, UX, marketing, PR), providing requirements to development teams, staying abreast of consumer trends, and using these insights to guide the team. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, data analysis skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and experience in building business partnerships. A background in computer science and fluency in Japanese (business level or above) are essential.
