We’re looking to hire a Product Manager for a Fortune 500 e-commerce client. Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.
Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Product team to define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for multiple help pages (FAQ) initiatives.
This is a 8 – month contract + possible extension. The team is located in California, and the role is fully remote. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Leverage data-driven analysis to prioritize requirements and develop a detailed roadmap, communicating it and success metrics across teams.
- Lead cross-functional execution (data science, engineering, analytics) to build MVPs, iterate quickly, and ensure excellence.
- Champion A/B testing and collaborate with analytics to measure impact on key metrics.
Product Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven product management experience
- 3 years in e-commerce marketplaces and/or self-service products with AI/ML integration.
- Demonstrated ability to define and track actionable metrics to measure product performance.
- Strong execution focus with a track record of delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Prior experience in e-commerce
- Experience collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Experience leading technical projects is essential
- Direct experience collaborating with data scientists is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus
- Strong execution focus and a proven ability to drive features to completion are critical.
- Responsibility for product development within the help center (e.g., search, chatbot).
- Will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers.
