  • Communicate product goals, roadmaps, status updates, and strategic priorities to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Build strong relationships with executives and ensure alignment on the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and data analytics, and incorporate new technologies into product strategies. Act as an advocate for emerging trends and technologies that can elevate the organization’s product offerings.

Qualifications:

Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing complex data-driven projects, and delivering AI/ML products that align with business goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and data engineering processes. Familiarity with data architecture, data platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and related technologies is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation through development and delivery. Proven ability to set product vision, prioritize features, and manage product backlogs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience guiding teams of product managers. Ability to build and sustain a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture and driving results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Comfortable working with product analytics tools to monitor product performance and improve user experience.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies. Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and business partners. Experience in presenting to and engaging with executives.
  • Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success in solving complex problems with creative, user-centered solutions.
