Responsibilities Craft and implement content policies for the Latin America region, ensuring our policies fit the legal and cultural local environments. Incorporate local insights to ensure the policies are in line with global Trust and Safety policies. Continuously evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing processes and policies. Organize and articulate ambiguous and complex ideas or issues into clear documentation and analysis. Track regulatory and industrial policy development in local markets, and iterate content policy. Act as an escalation point of contact for the assigned region, align with all stakeholders, and respond to emergency content safety-related cases.

Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field, and three years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, employer will accept five years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have one year of experience in each of the following skills: Analyzing socio, political, and cultural landscape in Latin America, including safety-related challenges, political dynamics, regulatory trends and current events; Working with a global Trust and Safety Operations Management system, including moderation and quality assurance ecosystem; Conducting policy discussions, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to improve Trust and Safety policies, processes, and tooling; Conducting policy effectiveness analysis and quality assurance data to identify market trends, threshold for accuracy and risk in order to make informed decisions before implementing new policies. Must have verbal and written fluency in Spanish. Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 15%.
