As a General Manager (GM) for the HIMEHINA Project, lead the Project Managers (PMs) to create a production structure that allows the project to proceed smoothly. Responsibilities include considering project structures, designing and maintaining communication, understanding project objectives, clarifying work scope and priorities, creating and managing schedules, managing project progress, preparing materials for meetings and reviews, considering and understanding risks, collaborating with external partner companies and internal stakeholders, and promoting organizational activities and teamwork. Initially, you will grasp the project's status, consider the structure, and manage progress. The PM team, including executives, will collaborate to determine how to advance complex projects and the team structure.
