Job Description

Lead Project Manager responsible for managing the overall progress of game development in collaboration with directors and producers. This role requires balancing budget, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience managing projects in AAA consumer game development and possess strong internal knowledge of consumer game development processes. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication with stakeholders. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, health insurance, and various other perks. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Osaka, Japan.

Must have:

2+ years AAA game project management experience
Strong understanding of consumer game development
Budget and deadline management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

試用期間：3ヶ月（労働条件変更なし）

初回契約期間：3年（評価を踏まえ無期変更制度あり）

賃金

年収額：応相談

※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 フレックス制（コアタイム無し）休憩時間 60分

完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）

入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大２２日

年末年始休暇（１２/３０-０１/０３）

病気休暇（有給）：１２日/年
